Disgusting behaviour

Just had my delivery delivered by Ram drivers these two men literally shouted at me asking me why I am not picking up my phone only to find out they had the wrong number on their freaking waybill. Is this how they treat their customers in the township. Two grown men shouting at a young lady for their own mistake. Freaking appalling disgusting ! No customer service
