Disgusting, appalling service. Rain needs to reconsider their courier.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I have been waiting for my order since the 30th of April with reference RAIN04-***8. I keep on receiving text messages to say my parcel is out for delivery and then it doesn't show up. No call from the driver. Countless calls to rectify my address l, even though their communication sent to me shows the correct address, Team leaders are just as useless as they promise call backs and they never fufill them. It is now the 10th of May and I still haven't received my parcel. I'm so disgusted. I work overnight and I stayed up until 17:00pm on the 9th of May because I was told by the consultant that my parcel would arrive and it didn't. This is not at all how you treat your customers. I can't say I'm surprised by their service after looking at the amount of negative reviews. This business does not care at all. So disgusting.
