Disgusting and unprofessional service on both RAM & RAIN

I have been waiting for my delivery of the order I've placed with RAIN on the 06/07/2020. At least every second day I receive an email saying my order has been dispatched but it has never reached me. I've written numerous times to RAM as they have my contact number incorrectly captured to give them the correct one, I have tried calling them with no success. I have even written to RAIN customer service but have found no joy.
