Disgusting and Rotten Service from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers.

I have received the worst service ever from RAM hand to hand couriers.

I work at Zandspruit in Roodepoort, it's a very disadvantage community. I expected a delivery from RAM hand to hand couriers on Tuesday. I bought a Sim card from Rain.co.za. They didn't deliver and today the lady who delivers their percels called to say "they don't deliver in squatter camps" She was very rude over the phone I tried to burgan with her that she should meet me and give me, she refused. I called the contact Centre only to find other lady who called herself Vuyelwa (Refused to disclosed her surname) she said she is the only Vuyelwa in the call Centre. She was not helpful in solving the problem, very much unprofessional and seem she don't know what she was doing. She then gave a phone to her manager Mr. Xavier Stevens he tried to burgan with delivery lady but still no solution.

I am very much disappointed for RAM to be keeping my percel in their delivery cars and fail to do the actual delivery. Much disappointed for them not delivering in squatters camps and only delivering in suburbs. I have received lots of deliveries from other others such as CCD and DSV. But this was the most unrated service ever. I still don't know how they planning to deliver it hence I work at a squatter camp. I can't stop going to work and wait for a percel to come to my house. Much disgusting approach and very rotten policies.
