Disgusted with Ram couriers

I ordered a data deal from vodacom. I got a phone call on friday the 20/04/2018 saying that ram will deliver the parcel on 23/04/2018. I was asked to please have my I.D and proof of residence available. I waited on Monday there was no delivery. Please be aware that I work on site, but I MADE myself available because I received a call to say they were coming Monday. Anyway Tuesday came, and I phoned Ram couriers and asked them if they coming today and what time?because I'm going out to site, and I want to be available. The gentleman told me they are coming today which was Tuesday 24/04/2018 and they will give me a call 30Min prior to delivery. So I said ok that's no problem. I waited and waited and still nothing, no call nothing. Today is the 25/04/2018, I called again at 12:00pm. I spoke to the gentleman and he said that they tried to get hold of me yesterday 24/04/2018, which they never!!! Not one miss call or message from them. I don't believe they came because I was at my work place. Even my work colleagues confirmed that no1 came. And know one tried to call me. Now ram said they going to send my parcel back to vodacom. I am disgusted with the service of Ram. Now my parcel is delayed, I don't even know what to do next. There is very little or no communication with Ram.With other courier companies I had Excellent service. Hope this can get sorted Asap!!
