disgusted service by RAM

I got a call to say my Vodacom phone is being delivered and never in a million years did I think I would get the worst service of my life The guy from RAM got so impatient and was so rude and his words to me were I DONT CARE YOU CAN REPORT THIS AND I AM NOT VODACOM.

What has our country got to, if I was Vodacom I would think twice before doing business with RAM again. Vodacom will loose its customers, and I have been with Vodacom forever but I don't mind letting go after what this RAM guy did very rude and I didn't get his name but drives a ram van with this reg number cw 87 fg gp, with blond hair and ready to fight, has no customer service what to ever how did he get this job, if he doesn't believe in customer service and can use words like I don't care then he must stay at home and let the people who care do the job for his company.

These are the kind of people that let our country and economy down, causing retrenchments and I feel as a woman that if I was a guy he would not have performed like that and shouted at me in front of my colleagues and I hope management from his company sees this. I am disgusted by his level of service at this day and age when we have people calling us daily to sell phones, I don't need this I can get a phone with cell c or mtn or rain I mean there's lots of competition out there.
