disgusted by *********** RAM courier drivers

Ram came to my place and didn't call me when at the gate so that i can open and now they saying they came and there was no one. *****

To make it worse they say they only had my work number, however even so when they call the office and ask for me they get transferred to my cellphone direclty because we have been working from home for more than a year now.

This shows that they didnt call me they just a bunch of incompetence *****... when i called the call centre asking when will the driver come deliver they made me hold for almost an hour.

I have been waiting for this delivery for long now i want it delivered today.
