Disgusted by Harrismith RAM's service

Absolutely appalling service delivery from Harrismith Ram Courier services. They do not take pride in their service delivery. I have been complaining since 9'o clock this morning with no resolution. Left a message for the branch manager to call, 3 hours later and still no call. Have escalated it to complaints and still no resolution. I had been informed that I do not have an option to leave a voice message, which is utter nonsense. Can't understand why Vodacom uses their facility to transport.
