Disgruntled delivery driver
Had one, unfortunately, experience via telephone call with a RAM Driver...I called hours before hand explained I sm injured and wasn't expecting delivery of a product so soon asked if it was possible to be delivered to my home I was advised the drive will call and arrange plans...turn out incorrect we exchange words and he refused to drop anything off instead I must drive to where he is even though I am unable to...thanks for a great Friday so far 😀....my references is ***

Please note that we are not allowed to change the delivery address while the parcel is on the road. Please contact Digital Planet to provide authorisation to change the address.
We do apologise for the courier's behaviour and it is not acceptable. This will be investigated and be called to order.

) this is not my fault when I was told Tuesday instead you guys come yesterday when I asked to please come to my house as I can't drive due to a hand injury..I called many hours before hand and when told it will be okay for the driver to come to my home address turned out to incorrect which than heated things up between me and the deliver...I think fnb needs to rethink whi they do business with because you guys are nothing but a disappointment and waste of time and money.
