Disgruntled Customer
Good day, I have a package that needs to be delivered to me I have asked RAM to change the address and nothing has been done. They keep delivering the parcel to my house when I mentioned that i am not at home and would like the package to be delivered to my work place. I tried phoning the call center and there is no answer, I am chatting with an agent on their website that that is no help either. This complaint wont get answered in time and I'll never get my package

The tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to you today at 10h28:
_Delivered - RECEIVED BY PRIYADASHNI
Please note that a Change Of Address for Vodacom parcels is only done by them. We are not allowed to change the address for their parcels in order to mitigate unauthorised changes to client's profiles.
