Disgraceful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I had to advice someone, I'd say never even LOOK towards the direction of Ram couriers should you need to use courier services. I'm expecting a parcel and have, in the morning of the 30th of August 2022, an sms informing me that my parcel has been dispatched for delivery came through....Nothing came forth, when I track the parcel a remark stating that "client not at work" was put up. This morning, an sms came through stating that the parcel has been dispatched for delivery. I have been calling the office to make follow-up and no one seems to know where it is, the driver cannot give an ETA, its almost as if a bunch of clueless clowns are working for that company............its 17h40 and nothing has come through yet. I wonder what the tracking status/remark will be saying today. Bad service is an understatement, they are disgraceful.
