Disgraceful and poor service
Horrible service took me a week where I called in each day with office personel and with driver just to hear that they sent back my parcel . they are the cause that I cancelled my subscription with Rain

Please note that all delivery attempts made to your address were all valid as you were either not at the delivery address and uncontactable - twice on different days, and invalid Proof Of Residence when you met the courier on the last day.
We can only attempt delivery three times, as per SLA with the sender, hence why the parcel was returned back to the sender.
