Disfactory Delivery

<p>I've placed my order 3 weeks back at Vodacom for delivery and they still hadn't delivery.</p> <p>The warehouse phoned me the first week to get directions and they acknowledged the directions, but thereafter they didn't phone again, and today 13 Sept. 2016 I phoned just to get told from RAM that they have send the parcel back to Vodacom. It looks like they don't want to do any effort in getting the parcels to their destination if it is a bit out of their usual routes.</p>
