DISCUSSTED AT THE SERVICE

I had a package to be delivered at my work address. There courier guy called and i missed his call. a minute later i called him with my office line and he did not pick up. next the RAM called and said the courier guy could not get hold of me. i explained how i was calling him and he did not pick up and they said they will trace him, but no one got back to me. i called again using my cellphone and the courier guy was rejecting my calls. i called customer care and said they will try to escalate the matter. i requested to collect my package but was told i can not. i asked how will i then receive my package and i was told i would have to wait while they trace the driver.

how can the driver not answer calls when his duty is to deliver a package and how does ram track whether the driver got to the delivery address.
