disaster delivery

ram was suppose to deliver a product we bought at vodacom..but because of Rams unprofessionalism and no customers service we ended up cancelling our order. Ram couldnt give us the exact time of delivery, we would call their offices and they would tell us that their operating hours are form 8-5 so they told us delivery will happen before 5...but on 2 occassions delivery did not happen, after I waited the whole day fir them to come but to no vail. wss left with one choice to cancell the whole thing with vodacom because of their *********** transport company that couldnt feel customers need..seriously disappointed.with Ram and their customers service department's..lady named Thandi form customer services was not helpfull at all instead she was annoyd and rude!
