Disappointment in service

I have been expecting a parcel from ram for the past 4 days. When I track my parcel it says they call me and the number went to voice mail yet I got not missed call or voice massage notification. I then contact the Bloemfontein depot who corrected my address and promised to deliver the next day and I still got nothing. I am going on leave and will not Beable to sign for this parcel after Friday it is a contract and it starts on the 1 Aug I will be paying for something I don't have.
