Disappointment and hostility toward the egotistical treatment received from RAM

I am conveying my wife and my disappointment and hostility toward the egotistical treatment we received from RAM over the past days.

E-mail (***) confirmation from PSP of deliveries during the C-19 lock-down, 2020-03-26, 4. E-mail (***) and SMS ***) confirmation from RAM on receipt of the parcel, 2020-03-27, i. 10:02 - CONSIGNED IN RAIN GTM - 4G RICA. ii. 10:53 - DEPARTED BY ROAD TO Isando, Johannesburg FROM Client Site. iii. 13:52 - ITEMS SCANNED INTO HUB FROM COLLECTION IN Isando, Johannesburg. iv. 17:01 - Outgoing SMS - Consignment has been received by RAM. v. 17:02 - Outgoing Email - Consignment has been received by RAM. vi. 20:36 - DEPARTED BY ROAD TO Durban FROM Isando, Johannesburg. 5. Tracking schedule, 2020-03-28, i. 08:53 - ARRIVED BY ROAD FROM Isando, Johannesburg TO Durban. 6. E-mail (***) and SMS ***) confirmation of parcel out for delivery, 2020-03-30, i. 06:52 - OUT FOR DELIVERY IN Durban. ii. 07:14 - OUT FOR DELIVERY IN Durban. iii. 07:14 - Outgoing Email - Consignment has been dispatched for delivery attempt. iv. 15:46 - UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY IN Durban - UNAVAILABLE BUSINESS - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. 7. Tracking schedule, 2020-03-31, i. 11:44 - Incoming Call - Account Query - query client unreachable on ########## , query clients availability at the given address. ii. 12:53 - Outgoing Call - Follow up Account Query - Kindly RED for tomorrow ##.##.####. Grievance; All e-mails received indicate one cell Nō. as the main and alternative namely ***.

The accounts of 6.iv. above is untrue. We were not contacted at any time nor did anyone arrive at the given address; the whole country is on lock-down? How would we not be home? Only one person can drive to the shops...

The accounts of 7.i and ii. above are untrue. My wife did phone and referring to 5.iv. above, she explained that we were not contacted at any time nor did anyone arrive at the given address; the whole country is on lock-down? How would we not be home? Only one person can drive to the shops... My wife confirmed the address to be correct on the RAM system. My wife supp**** her cell Nō. ***) as an alternative after confirming my cell Nō. ***) as being correct on the RAM system.

My wife phoned, 2020-04-02 at 9:42, and referring to 5.iv. above, she explained that we were not contacted at any time nor did anyone arrive at the given address; the whole country is on lock-down? The delivery personnel employed by RAM are not doing their work by inputting erroneous information into the RAM system to cover their reluctant work ethics and commitment. These unreliable persons cover themselves while masses of funds are paid to RAM services and we as the client are stuck with a lack thereof.

I am reliant on the services registered with my PSP to continue working from home; which is the design supervision of public-infrastructure construction and project roll-out.
