Disappointing Service, late service
Had an urgent delivery which the client paid extra to get RAM never showed up to collect, when I tracked it, it said parcel wasn't ready, which was an absolute lie, as we waited till 19:00 for them and they never came. Tried calling and was placed on hold till my airtime ran out. Very disappointing.
