Disappointing Service Experience with RAM Couriers for Vodacom Parcel

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service from RAM Couriers, specifically concerning the delivery of a Vodacom parcel.

My experience with RAM Couriers has been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, the communication regarding the delivery is severely lacking. The tracking information provided is unreliable, and I found it challenging to get accurate updates on the status and location of my parcel. My parcel has been out on delivery for days now, but I still haven't received, I'm now even worried about the state of my parcel, considering the fragile nature of the item in that parcel.

To make matters worse, the promised delivery date was not met. This delay has not only inconvenienced me but has also affected my relationship with Vodacom, as the timely receipt of the parcel was crucial, I'm now even considering canceling the whole thing. What was meant to be a simple delivery of a parcel from a supplier to a customer by so-called professional couriers, has become a stressful draining experience. "From A-to-B seamlessly" they claim...

The lack of transparency & communication, coupled with the delay and the unprofessional attitude by RAM's employees, reflects poorly on RAM Couriers' commitment to customer satisfaction.

Vodacom should look into getting more professional & reliable couriers, RAM Couriers are just useless!

Then stop making promises you can't fulfill, the peak season didn't come as a surprise, December comes every year, you can't use that as an excuse for your unprofessionalism, lack of communication & preparedness. It's only the 7th of December, but you guys are already 'overwhelmed' by the season's demands, I fear what'll happen next week onwards...

"This is totally unacceptable as the address had already been resolved and parcel arranged for delivery yesterday, we will urgently look into the below and ensure that we come and make the delivery today." This is the reply I got from RAM's this morning, but they've already marked my delivery as Unsuccessful, reason quoted "Incorrect Address"

What time is scheduled for the delivery? I can always maneuver my schedule to ensure success of the delivery, I was even willing to drive and pick up the parcel from the hub

I see once again someone decided to change my contact number in track.ram.co.za to the data sim number which doesn't receive calls, how convenient, seems like RAM Couriers is going out of the way to halt the delivery process

Hours later, parcel still not delivered, yet a promise was made above at around 07:30am that the delivery will certainly be made today... No delivery, no communication, just more excuses...

Latest excuse by RAM's Couriers, "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN DBN - Unavailable - Business - Client at Home not at Work" mind you, no one said anything about delivering at my work address, but that what they're using as an excuse
