Disappointing service

They deserve zero rating! The worst kind of service. Vodacom shouldnt be using them. I got a call from the driver on Friday and of which i did tell him that i wasnt at home. They can deliver my package the following Monday. When i made a follow-up on Monday, my package was at the warehouse. Today i made a followup and was told my package was sent back due to lack of response. Such lies!!! Now i have to restart my application with Vodacom due to people who dont take their work seriously! Lack of accountability and so nonchalant. Vodacom will lose business because of this casual nature. So disappointing! It is such a pity that Vodacom trusts your services or was never given feedback about on how your employees represent you to customers.
