Disappointing Service by RAM Couriers

Pathetic service.

Sent a package from Cape Town to Saudi Arabia. Collected on Friday 15.02.2018, promised delivery on Tuesday, 19.02.2018.

Problems from the word go, when my payment was made but I received no confirmations/e-mails. Had to call on international roaming to get an e-mail response.

Parcel collected, but has since not been delivered.

NO response to multiple e-mails sent to Customer Service as well as CSD Agents.

Has now costed me more international roaming calls at about ZAR 20 per minute, and still no parcel received.

Quite disappointing.

I can probably expect the same response to this review as the standard one to all others promising an "investigation".

Will most likely not use RAM ever again.
