Disappointing Service!!!

I wish I could give this review no stars!!!!

So disappointed with the service I have received from Ram Couriers. Slow and poor customer service! I only wish I had read the online reviews before ordering a cell upgrade through Vodacom. Getting hold of Ram was impossible, none of their numbers I found online worked, all saying “the number does not exist”. Their live chat was offline and my e-mail sent to them remains unanswered! I could not get hold of anyone at Ram. Incredibly frustrating and lots of time wasted! If Vodacom did not provide you (Ram) with my correct phone number (apparently a couple digits short), why could Vodacom not have been contacted and the matter sorted out on the same day when you tried to deliver (Monday)? Why did it take till Thursday before I was phoned for a delivery? I will say though that the driver who contacted me on the Thursday was very polite! Why does Vodacom continue to use Ram as their service provider to deliver??! I’m equally disappointed with Vodacom as to why they allow this kind of service for their customers to continue!!!! Vodacom, you could have got involved and got this matter sorted out sooner (especially since you were well aware of it)!
