Disappointing, poor and unbelievably terrible service

Poor and unbelievably terrible service. I was expecting a delivery from RAM today. I called them around 08:30am and again around 10am to arrange delivery time because my employer was closing at 12. From 12pm I waited for another hour outside my workplace hoping that the parcel would come. At 14:05. I missed the call from the driver. Called back and he said he had left, tried to meet with him wherever he was, offered him an alternative address close to where he was but the driver was unwilling and indicated that the parcel would be delivered on next week Wednesday. Today is Friday, I have to wait till Wednesday for my parcel to be delivered. I explained how desperately I needed to receive the parcel today. The poor service delivery is disappointing, lack of effort, reluctance to work. I have never experienced such from a courier company before
