Disappointing
I am disappointed and disgusted with the terrible service of Ram. My friend and I ordered a phones from Vodacom on Thursday the 28th of November. (3 - 7 working days for delivery) they came last Friday after 4. they dont phone to confirm working times, then hone and lie that delivery will take place Monday the 9th and still nothing. it is still in their hub. the best part no one answers the phones and the one time a great customer service agent answered the phone they hung up. guess its hard to do what you get paid to do.

10 Dec 2019, 10:35So I receive a call and the person gentleman says he will contact me, still no response, then I call and speak to Kgaso who also will phone me back and still not call. I call again and get the call dropped on me 4 times???????????????????
