Disappointing and Unreliable: My Frustrating Experience with RAM Couriers

I recently used RAM Couriers for what was supposed to be a next-day delivery service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I chose RAM Couriers because I believed they were reliable and among the best in the business. However, my experience proved otherwise.

Firstly, despite paying for next-day delivery, my parcel did not arrive as scheduled. After making several phone calls, I was informed that the parcel would only be delivered the following day. This delay was unacceptable, especially since I had specifically requested and paid for expedited delivery.

Furthermore, the lack of communication from RAM Couriers was astounding. I requested that they keep me informed in case they needed any assistance or information regarding the pickup. However, they failed to provide any updates or communication.

This morning, I called a RAM representative who claimed that the courier arrived at the location but the parcel was not ready for collection. To verify this, I contacted the company from which the parcel was supposed to be picked up. They confirmed that no one from RAM Couriers had shown up to collect the parcel. This blatant lie was both unprofessional and infuriating.

I am deeply upset with how RAM Couriers handled this situation. Their service was unprofessional, unreliable, and non-existent. I will never use their services again and cannot recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable courier service.
