Disappointed with RAM

To say I'm disappointed with RAM is an under statement, I received an OTP on the 9th Dec to collect my parcel. When I arrived at Sportcene I was told that the guy from RAM said he doesn't have 1 parcel with him (meaning my parcel is still at the warehouse) I tried calling/ emailing and sending a whatsapp messages to RAM without any response. Todate I have not received my parcel. I don't even know if my parcel is missing or what.
