Disappointed, dissatisfied
This has to be the worst courier company with the worst customer service. Having terrible experience with them a 2nd time. I wonder why Vodacom still uses them. Firstly, they do not call ahead, instead they call when they're at your gate and expect you to be there which will not always be the case(they can never tell you when they'll exactly deliver your parcel so they really cannot expect one to always be at home). Secondly the customer care line is the worst, the lady I spoke to hung up on me. Mukundi Molebatsi KHAVHAGALI

11 Mar 2021, 16:37They still have not. I have no clue what is going on. I also told them I will not be home tomorrow between 08h00 and 13h00, so I don't even know what is supposed to happen now. I'm so disappointed to be honest

I also just do not understand how your company works, is it not a requirement of yours to communicate with clients before just calling and saying "we are at the gate"?
