Disappointed customer

Am so frustrated with the service that is provided by RAM. I was supposed to receive my delivery on 12/04 but till now in vein. I kept on following up-calling since then they keep on promising. No guys, this is too much. Am so disappointed and run out of words. I can't travel as am waiting for my Parcel. Am not sure if the company has officials who overlook their services. Please I need my delivery urgently.
