Disappointed communication s****s
Ram Couriers and their communication s****s upon deliveries are far below average. A normal company with excellent communication s****s will send an SMS and/ or email to their clients stating the date and time of delivery. RAM has done no such thing for me, which leaves me very disappointed in their service and without my package for which I needed this weekend.
