Disappointed - Cannot deliver in 2 weeks from Isando to Kempton Park (7km)

Ram Isando received my parcel on 4 July 2020 - still not received to date 19th!

Sent email to *** on the 7th of July - no response. Spoke to a Savion (Operations Manager?) on the 9th - promised delivery same day - no delivery Tried to phone ***) endless number of times - no answer on the other side Sent email to *** on the 15th of July - promised delivery same day - nothing Sent email to *** on the 16th of July - promised delivery next day - nothing Tracking shows: - dispatch on the 13th - RAM Misrouted - dispatch on the 14th - RAM Misrouted - dispatch on the 16th - RAM Road Closed ??? (it's 7km away, with at least 5 tarred routes, not possible!) - dispatch on the 17th - RAM Re-attempt delivery

The above is enough to be a massive detractor of RAM. My advice to other consumers is to stay away from RAM!
