Disappointed by Ram

I wrote on this platform last week and you promised to deliver my package and i even called your call centre and i wans told that the driver is on his way with my delivery. My parcel was returned to Joburg because of your incompetence. I have never seen or experienced incompetence at its highest level. Ram you dont know how to do this courier business. You inconvenienced me a lot. You lie to clients and you dont listen to your clients when we call. I read some of the people's reviews on Facebook. Your services are very POOR. DISAPPOINTED
