Disappointed angry
This People think that as a Customer you are desperate they called me I informed them that I am at work and they can deliver to me at work they agreed then after about 3 hours they call me again telling me because the address is different they will not deliver, when I ask them about the fact that they will do verification with ID to make sure that I am the right person as I am the important thing not the address they are arguing with me that they will not do that I JUST TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE ITEMS

Please note to change the address is an internal process that has to go through your service provider and not up to Ram to just change delivery details, we unfortunately cannot keep the order as it is your parcel and mandated to deliver it please do advise if we should still proceed to deliver the parcel and to which address?

18 Dec 2023, 17:01Like I said to you I am not desperate and I won't be made a fool of there is a lot of delivery companies out there and I already have what I wanted from people who are professional and know how to treat a Customer so do what you like with that item in your possession and keep treating people like idiots
