Disappointed and Disgusted

For the past couple of years making online orders using my TFG account, RAM would always deliver my orders with no issues, different drivers great service until this day,

Yesterday the 28th I received an Oder, prior to delivery I got a call from the driver rudely telling me to stand outside he will arrive in two minutes!

Fine! I did that and received the order,

Another order comes through today, he calls and asks me the same thing, bare in mind that I’m expecting different orders from different companies in different locations, I then asked “is this order for Soweto zondi” he answers: where did we deliver yesterday? Because that’s where we delivered*yelling*

I’m so disappointed and disgusted by his attitude as if he is doing me a favour by delivering these parcels that’s why he has the audacity to tell me to wait for him outside he is two minutes away.

None of the drivers in the past EVER EVER asked to stand outside, I dealt with it yesterday however it escalated even more today when he asked me “where did he deliver yesterday”

I need a formal apology from RAM senior management. I do not want to see this driver delivering any of my parcels ever again. If that can not be done please do inform me so I can refrain from making online order with TFG.
