Disappointed

What Ram Couriers is doing is not fair. I canceled my contract with telkom and i ordered a sim from Rain website. Ive been waiting for a whole 2 weeks for them to deliver the Rain Sim. Im loosing both money and time because of their unreliability. Their customer care consultants are not reliable.They called me since friday saying that they gonna deliver and now it the other week.. Still no delivery! The tracking system is bogus. It's there to juss give you false hope. Maybe Rain is giving you little money. But why do you accept jobs that you know you wont be able to finish up? Im very disappointed!
