Disappointed

I am very disappointed in the service delivery of Ram. I wasted 100 minutes I trying to get hold of an agent and when I finally did she said she has sorted out the issue. Yet it was not sorted out. It has been 3weeks I still do not have my parcel. I also can't get hold of an agent.
