Didn't deliver parcel
Im so disappointed. My parcel was a next day delivery and was scheduled today the 19th. Been waiting all day. First driver called around 5pm and asked if he must still deliver and I said yes. He was not arriving and I called again at 6pm. He said he will call me back. I called again at 7 and he is now telling me he got a flat tyre and was told to go back so he will only deliver Monday. This was an urgent parcel I needed!! Now I must call to rearrange delivery because I won't be at the same address now. Really bad service.
