Did Not Follow Instructions

After not following orders and failing to return my parcel to me, Ram now will refuse to help me out and they will not refund me for the value of the parcel. There are phone recordings and emails in which my instructions are clearly stated, and yet I have to take the blame for this.

I had asked to have the parcel put on hold for delivery, and then proceeded to ask them to return the parcel to me. While the parcel was still shown as on hold on their system, it was sent out and delivered to the wrong person. Now they cannot get the parcel back and are refusing to help me out.

Ram is not a world class courier company, and even though they say they do it all themselves to avoid a mess, they still do not follow instructions and then throw you under the bus and leave you high and dry.
