Did not delivery to client

I was suppose to get my delivery today at 2PM. The driver did not pitch up but says he did. He did not phone me yet the call center mentioned they would phone me. Disgusted with the ethics here with Ram, even the consultant did not help me. <br> <br> Now I have not seen my package nor will it be delivered. I have taken leave just to pick up the package and have lost out financially.<br> <br> Bad service, their staff lie!
