Diappointed and let down once again.

Logged a compliant yesterday, was told I will receive a call to arrange a time for delivery today after a huge disappointment yesterday and empty promises. I phoned the branch this morning asking for a time, once again let down as the time I was told was between 10:00 and 11:30. Still no delivery or call to give me more information. If you phone the branch they either take forever to answer the phone and that is if they answer and you get a very bad attitude from the guy answering the phone. I was always impressed with RAM but the last few times that delivery had to happen they only disappoint you time upon time and the same branch. Wish there was more a person can do but they just don't give a damn.
