DHL Express - please don't use RAM as a partner!!!!!!

I was waiting for documents (that I need for visa application) from China. DHL informed me that I will receive it on the 6th of December - which was fine. I saw it was given to a third party agent (RAM) and it wasn't delivered on the 6th. I changed all my plans and expected it on the 9th of December. Still nothing. I had to phone twice. The first time they promised me that someone from RAM will phone me back. Nobody phoned. I phoned again - just to hear it is still in the RAM hub!!! The visa takes 3 - 4 days, so I will miss my flight!!!

If you can keep it in Cape Town, I will come and pick it up myself. Then I might have enough time. I only have a DHL waybill number and reference number.

You could have phoned me and I would have told you that I will pick it up myself. i need the documents for a visa application and now there will not be enough time. Nobody phoned me and that is unacceptable.
