Deserves less than one star
Were supposed to deliver my parcel 3 days ago, still waiting. Don't they use GPS? Because they always call me and ask for directions to my house when they're not even near me. I've had 4 parcels delivered by RAM and every time they handle my package very poorly, hold it upside down and shake it. I would say to please do something about your weak business operations but there are already over 2000 bad reviews here and things are still the same.
