Deserve less than 1 star..1 star is to much.

Terrible service, Sooo they were supposed to deliver something for me on the 2nd of December, i waited the entire day and they didn't come which is fine ,But now the guy came on the 3rd to deliver my parcel.he called me once and sent then sent the delivery back ,When we saw the van we asked if him its our parcel he was so rude and he said no they not delivering a parcel for vodacom but at the same time they called around that time..terrible service. I will never use these guys again.i was forced too..I basically paid 80R for nothing cause now im at vodacom getting my Sim card through that way. Such a pathetic attitude from the delivery guy as well..I pay you guys not the other way around . So you should work according to my schedule and not the other way around. The delivery guy drivers needs an attitude fix very unfriendly, if he only took the time to check when i asked him all this could have been avoided

Now you guys are just ****ing me off ,i start work at 12 and i came in at 9( All this because you cant give me a delivery time and you just guess) yesterdayyou said the guy was here 9:30 which is a lie because he only called at 10:30 today i came in at 9 when i start at 12 thats three hoursof my time wasted and by the looks of it its not coming today....Yesterday you said the guy came around "9:32" I've been waiting for him and still no sign..what the actual ****? NOW YOU GUYS are gonna make me wait? Waste my ****ing time when i pay you guys? Imma take this up because this is absolutely unacceptable. You will ****ing see . I will single hardly get everyone i know to put a bad review because now you're playing games.not everyone is sitting around and waiting for you guys to come, we have a life.worse pathetic service ever. This company must go bankrupt because they don't deserve to be a courier company. You guys operate very unprofessional. Soo now you basically wasted two days of my time? Who is gonna compensate for my time? ****ing idiots. You think people are sitting and waiting the entire day for you?

I called the ram office and guy said the parcel will be sent on Thursday same day ,No one came ,note three ram vans passed the umhlanga Boulevard. I actually have no words for you guys, Im fed up and this is the 2nd day in a row i have to come up early and just waste my time ,Not I start at 12 and im here at 9am..I finish at 10pm.very inconsiderate . Im just gonna cancel my contract and never deal with vodacom and ram ever again. THANK you for absolutely nothing. Im not gonna waste my time everyday .you can keep it.i will never ever deal with vodacom again ever in my life as long as the deal with Ram courier.im actually gonna go in and cancel my contract ..

As i said ,i dont really care..you guys wasted 2 days of my time. No one sees the be interested. Just do me a favour and close your company down.its clearly you guys dont know how to run a business. Very ***********. All you guys can do is copy and paste . Pathetic service . Just close your company down.you guys think you are to big and dont need customer service but by the looks of i will be the first one laughing when you go bankrupt. Just a bunch of ****s and empty promises . I will be doing a review for vodacom to . They should definitely change couriers . If courier guy can their company so well during busy pwriods whats the excuse for ram? But anyway as i said ,I don't really care anymore and I will be canceling my contract. This was a big wake up call for me . But yeah I advise all people going through the same issue to the same ,I can't keep listening to empty promises and coming to work everyday early.who is gonna compensate me for my time? If i could sue you guys i would . But I'll sort it with vodacom.i dont have the time and energy to argue with you guys anymore.just ****ing keep it for all i care.

You guys are really ****ing me off now ,this is the final straw..I never knew one company can give me so much stress, i got a message saying its out for delivery, ive been waiting all day ,now you guys send me a message saying you are unable to deliver and i must go re do everything and wait all over again..can you give me a superiors number because i am fed up with you guys .No one comes to us ,the ram van will be parked outside and still no package..when we ask the guy he says he doesnt have it..tell me what the actual **** is happening? YOU GUYS ARE I N C O M P E N T E N T you are just lying to me continuously. This the final straw and i cant do this anymore.please go **** yourself you **** company .i am canceling my contract. I ****ing had it with you idiots. I cant be waiting the entire day . You guys are making me wait every morning .im done .**** you. I will contact vodacom now and cancel it
