DELIVERY Unsuccessful

I dont even want to give them any stars!!!! They had a parcel that should be delivered today. Took of work to wait for it. I waited the whole day nothing. Check tracking online it said that they call but i was not available!!! NOBODY CALLED. I TOOK OFF TO WAIT FOR THE PACKAGE. Phoned Ram to ask. Staff very unhelpful. No willing to be helpful and try to assist. Just told me if it is loadshedding they cant help if client cant receive calls. So what am i suppose to do? They said if i am not avaible to package go back. I NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECIEVED SUCH BAD BAD SERVICE!!!
