Delivery two weeks late

I ordered clothes for my CPT Trip, i went and came back and im still waiting on delivery. It has been more than two weeks waiting and and calling on delivery (PTA-> JHB), if its not the call centre agents dropping the call after you have stated your query, its lies of failed attempts that dont correlate with tracking online or claiming an incomplete delivery adress. Please take some pointers from Courier Guy before they start caging their vans too.
