Delivery time not met

Hi RAM,

What happened to the promise that I would get my parcel on or before the 29th of the current month? and what happened to the driver who called and informed me that he would be at my premises last Friday? there hasn't been any explanations as to why he did not show up nor an apology of the inconvenience he caused.

And does anyone want to tell me why the phones aren't answered during business hours and the call center staff who seem to have no idea what they are doing?

Seriously what the **** are we paying for here?
