Delivery time arrangements dont matter with this company.

I must say this is the worst delivery service ever. They expect people to be at home during the day waiting for a delivery and they also forget that some work environments do not allow someone to answer a phone during work hours. They do not bother to call and arrange a suitable time to deliver and even when you do make arrangements they don't stick to them because apparently their drivers do not deliver after 4, they only do collections. When I spoke to the customer service agents they promised me a delivery time of 16h30 and that never happened. The agents never made any notes on the system about the time arranged. The worst!!! Still no delivery....
