Delivery takes forever

I was expecting a delivery on Thursday and nothing. Git a missed call from them and when I called I was promised the deport will call and it didnt happened.<br> I was also told the driver turned at my gate because I wasnt available which is a lie. I was home waiting and our helper was also. I never heard any hoot.<br> <br> This morning I call and I'm told it will be delivered on Monday. I tell them I need the delvery today. Again they promise the deport will call me and nothing<br> nothing.<br> Three hours later I call be told it will be delivered Monday. I ask tp pick it up and told they dont allow that. Other couriers allow collections why not them? Especially after costing me a lot on calls and kept holding for nothing.<br> <br> Besides if I wasnt available on Thursday as they claim they could've arranged delivery for Friday. Why wait till Monday?<br> This is the worst experience from a courier. I've had many deliveriesvfrom oyjer couriers. If they dont find anyone, they attempt again in the next delivery shhedule. If they fail morni, they try again the same afternoon<br> afternoon.<br> <br> What a pathetic customer service. Making promises they cant keep.<br> <br>
