**** delivery system

Please assist on how this courier does business. On Friday the 15 May 2020, I received an sms and an email telling me that my parcel from Rain would be delivered. The parcel never came and no communication was sent to me telling me why it wasn't delivered. I called the call center since Friday and no answer. Sent an email and still there was no answer. I called today and only then was I told that the parcel wasnt delivered because they ran out of time. The call center lady told me that it wasnt dispatched with returned deliveries that went out today.. So if a delivery was returned last week... Why wasn't it taken out with the rest today... You are inconveniencing us because these are the sim cards that we need to use for work..
