Delivery Status being hidden from me

For two days I have tried to just get an answer as to when my phone would be delivered from Vodacom, it's now 4 phone calls later and still no one is able to give me an answer as to why my parcel is not being released from the hub. I am actually currently on hold again because my previous 2 calls I was put on hold with the call dropping. I get different answers from different people, I have also been told I would get a call back more than once with no phone call ever received.
