Delivery services

Ram courier company has poor customer service. I am expecting a parcel from cellc and i asked that they must phone me before delivery so they can find out if i am home. But no the delivery guy just phones telling me that he is at my gate i must bring my ID. I never got a message stating to expect a delivery nor get a call to find if i am.
